SERVICE DESCRIPTION
"G-ports (UK) Ltd" provides its users with access to a wide variety of on-line resources, such as Port Information, Agents details, Currency converter, Intake calculator and other relevant information.

PAYMENT
G-ports (UK) Ltd database of port information and disbursements is available to subscribers only. A subscriber must have paid their subscriptions in FULL prior to being provided with a username and password.

PASSWORDS AND SECURITY
To enter part of this system you may be required to subscribe with "G-ports (UK) Ltd" to obtain access. Upon subscription and receipt of payment in FULL, you will be provided with a Username and Password. You are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password on the site.

MULTIPLE USAGE
ONE user licence is included with each subscription. This licence may only be used from one computer. Each username and password provided with each licence entitles you to use G-ports (UK) Ltd from one computer. This cannot be used on more than one computer. If you use your license on more than one computer your licence will be deactivated and you will need to contact G-ports (UK) Ltd to re-issue you with your licence. Multiple user licences can be obtained at a discounted rate. Please see the subscription page for multiple user licence prices.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF REGISTERED USERS
Registered Users represents and warrants to "G-ports (UK) Ltd" that: (a) All information provided by them to "G-ports (UK) Ltd" is truthful, accurate, current and complete. (b) That they will maintain all telephone numbers, web links, postal addresses, and domain names that are posted for listing on the Service. (c) They will comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If users provides any information that does not meet those standards, or "G-ports (UK) Ltd" has reasonable grounds to suspect that such may be the case, "G-ports (UK) Ltd" has the right, exercisable in its discretion, to suspend or terminate the users use of the Service. COOKIES. "G-ports (UK) Ltd" uses web browser "cookies" on a limited basis, and only to store certain ["state"] information such as your IP address, your unique User ID and your session identifiers. The placement of a cookie file (in cookie.txt) must be accepted on your browser in order to activate your subscription.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations and licensing requirements regarding your use of our service and your listing in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This User Agreement (Including copy right) as modified from time to time, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and G-ports (UK) Ltd and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings or arrangements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter of these terms.

FORUMS, INTERACTIVE AREAS, POSTINGS AND FEEDBACK
This Web site may include discussion forums or other interactive areas, including chat rooms, bulletin boards or collaboration facilities. You agree not to upload to, distribute or otherwise publish through this Web site any content which is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable, or that would constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party, or otherwise create liability or violate any law. GENERAL
The Terms of Use constitute a contract between G-ports (UK) Ltd and the subscriber and is binding once the licence agreement has been entered into. The licence agreement is deemed to have been entered into once full payment of each licence has been paid, user name and password have been provided and run for the full term of the subscription, ie 12 months.
